It's a free of cost contest , entries are open for all Kid's up to 15 years old.
You may participate in as many contests as you wish!
You can vote Every 30 minutes for any participant without any daily or monthly limit.
You can vote Every 30 minutes from the same INTERNET connection or from the same account.
When a participant places 1st-3rd in a contest, he/she is not allowed to participate in another contest for next 3 months.
Only 3 winners will be allowed in top 3 from a family/common voters.
If any of the top 3 contestants shares more than 60% of the voters with any of the top 5 contestants in the last 6 months then entry will be removed, this restriction is being imposed to reduce the number of winners from the same circle/group/Neighborhood of people.
If there is already high numbers of winners (Top 3) from same location, specific part of country(city/district/village) then entry will be removed.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST :

You must be a registered member of the Mykidsvote website to enter the competition (www.Mykidsvote.com). To enter the competition, you must be fill the Registration form with valid Details . You must upload a photo to the website using the service provided at the with registration form. By uploading a photo you confirm that you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions and your child's profile will be available to view online. All submissions for entries to the mykidsvote.com Promotion must be supported by explicit permission of a parent or guardian over 18 years of age of that child to allow reproduction of the image on the website.
Entrants must hold all rights for visual content uploaded as image owner (parent/guardian) or by holding written consent provided to you by the owner (eg: a professional photographer).
All entrants must be under 15 years old on the date they are entered.
Entrants must ensure minors are clothed in any photographs provided.
No entry may contain defamatory content, including but not limited to, images, words or symbols that are widely viewed as offensive to persons of a certain ethnic, religious, racial, sexual - orientated or socioeconomic group.
Only one entry per person per competition will be eligibility for prizes.
The mykidsvote competition will run monthly and the dates for competitions follow the calendar months. Only electronic entry forms received by the closing date will be submitted to the competition. The Promoter shall be under no obligation to include your entry in the competition and shall incur no liability for emails that are late or go astray.

Only Internet users and members have the possibility to vote for the Participants of their choice As It's an online competition .
Winners will be Selected on Basis of Final votes . Participants having obtained the maximum number of Final Votes will be considered winners of the contest. In case of an equal number of votes among the winners, the prize will be decided by a draw. final votes will be counted as follow above:

SCHEDULE

mykidsvote photo Contest will be held Monthly, starting from 1st day of every month. registration for any month will be open till last date of that month , so registering within first week is the best time to register in any month . The voting time any participant get will be their sole responsibility . we'll not extend it based on participants registration date . Voting will Continue till Next 1 week after Contest Month closure and Winners will be announced within 2 next weeks of Contest Month closure. mykidsvote.com reserves the right to extend or modify the Contest at its discretion. If there is a revision, the revised date will be published on the same contest landing page and the date for results will be announced accordingly.

WINNING

The decisions made by such jury panel with respect to the Winners shall be final and binding in all respects.
In the event mykidsvote photo Contest results are tied among two or more participants, the winner will be selected through draw of lots. Decision of mykidsvote.com shall be final and binding, no correspondence shall be entertained.
In the event of any disputes, the Organisers and mykidsvote.com reserve the right to disqualify any entry and/or retract any award from the entrant. All decisions made by the Organisers are final and binding in all aspects relating to the Competition.
The decision of mykidsvote.com and organisers shall be final and binding on every participants concerned on all matters and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
Within one week from the announcement of the results of the mykidsvote, the Winners shall be contacted by mykidsvote.com via email provided by the Eligible Applicant and shall be informed that they are eligible for the Prize. The email sent by mykidsvote.com shall have instructions on the further process required to be adhered to by the Winner(s).
In the event the Winner(s) fails to adhere to the instructions, that Winner's selection shall be invalidated and mykidsvote.com shall not be liable to that Winner(s) in any manner whatsoever and may, at its sole discretion, select another Winner(s). mykidsvote.com shall make a total of 2 (two) attempts to contact the Winner as mentioned above.
In the event that the selected winner cannot be reasonably contacted within 15 days from the date of announcement of the winner, he/she will be disqualified and will not be entitled to any compensation notwithstanding non-receipt of notification hereunder and intimation of selection of an alternative winner by mykidsvote.com .

Participants found voting with bots or some other automation will be disqualified from final result and contest.
In a situations due to any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem anyone able to cast more votes then permitted for any particular IP or E-mail/Facebok id then mykidsvote.com reserve all the right to remove all extra votes*(votes found more then the permitted count as per contest rules for that month) will be removed from final result.
*for example any user can cast a vote every 30 minute from a single facebook profile.which means a profile can have max 48 votes in 24 hours and due to any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem someone was able to cast more then 48, in that period of time then all extra votes then 48 will be remove from contest .
Participants having acquired a high number of votes via vote exchange websites / groups or proxy server may be bloked without prior notice
Participants found to be creating multiple Facebook accounts to vote for an entry may be blocked without prior notice.
In most cases all votes from fake facebook profile will be removed from contest while preparing final result but in some situations any participant found getting votes from multiple fake profiles will be disqualified from final result and contest

mykidsvote contest voting system is designed as simple as possible yet spam proof. participants will face multiple layers of voting system protection on different level of contest,voting system protection includes facebook login, geo location, google recaptcha,single browser voting restriction .Leading participants will face voting system protection all the time, other participants may also face voting system protection any time.if we found unusual voting behavior in any participant's votes we'll add extra layer(any layer) of voting system protection on that entry. mykidsvote.com reserve all the right to add/modify in these security features from time to time.
participant profile link can be shared by anyone on facebook, we'll count total number of likes and shares received by participant profile link upto a specified count limit in contest rules, we will also consider our pageview as additional parameter. if any participant found getting fake likes/shares then he/she will be disqualified from contest without any prior warning/notice. to find out fake likes/shares we will consider page views,mykidsvote votes and GA report for that particular profile e.g. : if participant got 1000 likes but only receive 2-3 mykidsvote votes and on the other hand some other participants with 100 likes has 10-15 mykidsvote votes that will indicate us to investigate all likes, and mykidsvote votes for that participant. we will consider average likes + share count/mykidsvote votes ratio to find out all fake participants in this scenario . and the same will be applied to mykidsvote votes they got.. mykidsvote votes report will be matched with GA votes event report. minor difference between both report will be ignored. any participant with mykidsvote votes more then his Pageview in GA report will be eliminated without any notice. votes from Any facebook profile created after contest join date(of participant they are voting) and used for sole purpose of voting , will not be counted in final this rule is to de-motivate all those who tries to win contest by creating fake profile and vote their own entry multiple time beside time limit.
using Proxy Sites Or VPNs and TOR While voting at mykidsvote is fully prohibited. any participant found using any of these or some other technique to spoof their real IP/ identify required for voting genuinely , will be blocked from voting without any warning or any prior notice. also entries for such participants will be disqualified from final result and contest if required.
Voting by changing network IP will be treated as IP spamming , so entrants have to maintain their IP and vote ratio below 1:2 if it goes above that they will face extra layers of vote verification on their entry. if this IP/Vote ratio goes above 4:5 entry will be eliminated with immediate effect same rule will be used for voters voting with facebook login , they have to maintain their IP and vote ratio below 1:2 if it goes above that they will face extra layers of vote verification on their profile while voting. if this IP/Vote ratio goes above 4:5 voting with that fb profile will be blocked with immediate effect. and all votes casted by them will be removed from final
